• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Certain content and features require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges at the prices in effect when incurred

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
• Technical issues: Full refund if we are unable to resolve technical issues preventing access
• Duplicate purchases: Full refund for accidental duplicate purchases
• After 7 days or 25% completion: No refund available

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Digital Learn or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, or redistribute course content
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission

8. AI Features Disclaimer

Our Platform includes AI-powered features for learning assistance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. The AI assistant is meant to supplement, not replace, professional educational guidance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Learn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific content or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
